All our watches are custom-built and carefully inspected before shipping.
- Standard (non-customized) mods may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery, provided the watch is unused, unworn, and in original condition.
- Personalized or custom-made watches (including dial changes, custom colors, engravings, or any made-to-order modifications) are non-returnable and non-refundable.
If you receive a watch that is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos. We will arrange a repair, replacement, or resolution as appropriate.
Return shipping costs (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer unless the issue is due to a manufacturing defect or shipping damage.

Non-Custom watches are shipped within 7 business days.
Custom / Built-to-Order watches require 2–3 weeks for assembly, testing, and dispatch.
All watches are tested for accuracy and water resistance prior to shipping.
We do not maintain ready stock for custom or built-to-order models.

Processing time refers to the time it takes to conduct order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent to our suppliers for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. Order processing takes an additional 2–4 days.
Shipping time refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days. Domestic delivery usually take between 7-14 business days. Note that due to unforeseeable circumstances, items can take longer to arrive at their destination from time to time.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
