Warranty and Return Policy

Effective Date: 4 August 2025

Operating through www.pimpedwatches.com, Pimped Watches FZE (“Pimped Watches”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) specializes in hand-assembled, custom and built-to-order watch modifications.

Pimped Watches is an independent workshop and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Seiko Watch Corporation or any other watch brand. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

1. Nature of Products (Important)

All watches sold by Pimped Watches are custom-built, modified, or assembled to order based on customer selection.

As made-to-order and personalized goods, all products are:

  • Non-returnable

  • Non-refundable

  • Non-cancellable once production has begun

2. Orders & Payments

  • Full payment is required in advance for all orders.

  • Orders enter production only after payment confirmation.

  • Once production begins, orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.

3. Build & Shipping Time

  • Non-Custom watches ship within 5 business days.

  • Custom / Built-to-Order watches require approximately 2–3 weeks for assembly, testing, and dispatch.

  • All watches are tested for accuracy and water resistance prior to shipment.

  • We do not maintain ready stock for custom or built-to-order models.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to complexity, parts availability, or workload.

4. Worldwide Shipping

  • Worldwide shipping is available.

  • Customers are fully responsible for customs duties, taxes, import fees, and clearance delays.

  • Risk transfers to the customer once the order is shipped.

  • Pimped Watches is not responsible for courier delays, customs holds, or seizures.

5. Warranty Policy (Repair or Replacement Only)

Pimped Watches provides a limited one (1) year warranty from the date of purchase, valid only for the original purchaser.

What the Warranty Covers

  • Mechanical movement defects under normal use

  • Manufacturing or workmanship defects present at delivery

Exclusive Remedy

The sole and exclusive remedy under this warranty is, at our discretion:

  • Repair of the defective component, or

  • Replacement with the same or a functionally equivalent model

❌ No refunds, credits, chargebacks, or cash compensation under any circumstances.
Repair or replacement does not extend or restart the warranty period.

6. Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:
Oranje

  • Normal wear and tear (scratches, fading, discoloration, strap wear)

  • Water damage caused by misuse or failure to follow care instructions

  • Damage from accidents, impact, abuse, or improper handling

  • Unauthorized repairs, servicing, or modifications

  • Third-party alterations or opening of the watch case

  • Damage occurring during shipping, customs inspection, or courier handling after dispatch

7. Warranty Claims & Returns (Service Only)

  • Warranty service requires prior approval.

  • Customers must email care@pimpedwatches.com with a description and clear photos/videos.

  • Customers ship the watch to Dubai at their own expense.

  • Secure packaging is mandatory; shipping insurance is strongly recommended.

  • If the claim is approved, Pimped Watches covers return shipping after repair or replacement.

Returns are accepted only for warranty service, not for refunds or exchanges.

8. No Refund / No Return Policy

Due to the custom-built nature of our products:

  • All sales are final

  • No refunds

  • No returns

  • No cancellations once production has started

9. Intellectual Property

All custom designs, modifications, images, and concepts remain the exclusive intellectual property of Pimped Watches FZE. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

Pimped Watches shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of use or resale value.

Maximum liability, if any, is strictly limited to repair or replacement and shall never exceed the original purchase price.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, with exclusive jurisdiction in Dubai courts.
