Thank you for choosing Pimped Watches! We stand behind the quality of our custom timepieces. To ensure your complete satisfaction, we offer a 1-year warranty on every watch purchased directly from www.PimpedWatches.com

 What the Warranty Covers

This warranty is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase and covers the following:

  • Movement Issues: If the watch stops working due to a defect in the movement.

  • Manufacturing Defects: Any failure in the quality of materials or craftsmanship.

 Warranty Period

The warranty lasts for 1 year from the purchase date. If any defects arise within this period, we will repair or replace your watch free of charge, subject to the terms below.

 What Is Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Damage from Misuse: Any damage caused by accidents, misuse, or improper handling.

  • Modifications: Damage resulting from unauthorized modifications, such as opening the watch or altering parts.

  • Wear and Tear: Scratches, fading, discoloration, or other normal signs of use.

  • Water Damage: Damage from water exposure unless the watch is designed to be water-resistant.

 How to Request Warranty Service

To request a warranty claim, please:

  2. Provide Proof of Purchase: Include a copy of your receipt or any proof of purchase.

  3. Shipping Instructions: You’ll be responsible for shipping the watch to us. If the warranty claim is validated, we will cover the cost of returning the repaired or replacement watch to you.

  4. Repair or Replacement: We will evaluate the issue and get back to you with the next steps. If eligible, we’ll either repair or replace the watch.

 Limitations

Pimped Watches is not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages related to the use of the product. The warranty is strictly limited to the repair or replacement of the product itself.
