Operating via www.pimpedwatches.com (the “Website”), Pimped Watches FZE (hereinafter referred to as “the Workshop,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) specializes in hand-assembled, built-to-order watch modification and customization services.

The Workshop is an independent entity and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Seiko Watch Corporation or any other watch brand. All trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

1. Services Offered

The Workshop provides custom and modified watches, including but not limited to:

• Custom dial designs

• Hands and lume customization

• Movement upgrades or replacements

• Bezel, case, and crystal modifications

• Other bespoke or made-to-order watch modifications

All services are performed by hand and produced exclusively on a built-to-order basis.

2. Orders & Payments

2.1. Full payment is required in advance for all orders.
2.2. Orders will not enter production until payment is successfully received and confirmed.
2.3. Accepted payment methods are displayed on the Website and may change without notice.
2.4. Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.

3. Build & Turnaround Time

3.1. Custom / Built-to-Order watches require approximately 2–3 weeks to assemble, test, and prepare for shipment.
3.2. Timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to complexity, part availability, or workload.
3.3. Each completed watch undergoes accuracy testing and water-resistance testing prior to dispatch.
3.4. Shipment is typically arranged on or after the third day following final testing.

4. Warranty

4.1. The watch movement used in custom watches is covered by a one (1) year limited warranty, applicable only to manufacturing and workmanship defects.
4.2. The warranty does not cover:

• Physical or cosmetic damage

• Normal wear and tear

• Water damage due to misuse

• Damage caused by impact, mishandling, or improper use

• Modifications, repairs, or servicing performed by third parties

4.3. Warranty service is valid only after inspection and approval by the Workshop.

5. Customer Responsibilities

5.1. Customers must provide clear, accurate, and complete customization instructions at the time of order.
5.2. Customers confirm that any supplied watches or components are genuine and legally owned.
5.3. The Workshop is not liable for errors arising from incorrect or incomplete customer instructions.
5.4. Risk transfers to the customer once the order is shipped.

6. Shipping & Risk

6.1. Worldwide shipping is available.
6.2. International customers are fully responsible for customs duties, import taxes, clearance delays, and local regulations.
6.3. The Workshop is not responsible for courier delays, customs holds, seizures, or losses beyond our control.

7. Returns & Repairs

7.1. No refunds or returns are accepted for custom, built-to-order, or personalized watches. All sales are final.
7.2. In the event of a verified movement defect covered under warranty:

• The customer must ship the watch to Dubai at their own expense.

• Faulty movements will be repaired or replaced at no additional cost.

• Return shipping of the repaired watch will be covered by the Workshop.

7.3. Watches sent for service or inspection must:

• Be securely packaged

• Include original packaging

• Have straps, films, and covers in unused condition

7.4. Customers are responsible for safe packaging, shipping method selection, and insurance. Insurance is strongly recommended.
7.5. Returns or repairs require prior authorization. Customers must contact us for instructions before shipping.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1. All custom designs, layouts, modifications, images, and concepts produced by the Workshop remain the exclusive intellectual property of Pimped Watches FZE.
8.2. Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or commercial use is prohibited.

9. Privacy Policy

9.1. Customer data is collected and used solely for order processing and fulfillment.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1. The Workshop shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of use or resale value.
10.2. Our total liability, if any, shall never exceed the original amount paid for the order.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

11.1. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
11.2. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
